摘要：基于白酒园区成品库物流功能，成品库内产品和储位布局分布不合理，库内运营效率不高，叉车拣选作业效率、出入库作业效率不高。从提升叉车作业效率角度进行研究，通过对L白酒成品库历史出入库数据，研究成品白酒品规间需求相关性、白酒出库量的关系。基于出库量和成品白酒品规间需求相关性，以叉车拣选成品白酒距离最短为目标，建立成品白酒库储位分配优化数学模型，利用遗传算法对模型进行求解。从历史出库数据中提取出20个销售订单进行验证。储位优化后，叉车拣选成品白酒的距离平均减少56.08%，证明了成品白酒库储位分配优化模型的优化效果，提升成品白酒库的出入库作业效率，从而提升了成品库房周转效率和运营效率。

Optimization of Storage Yard Allocation in Baijiu Standard Warehouse

Abstract：Based on the logistics function of the finished product warehouse in the liquor park, the distribution of products and storage locations in the finished product warehouse is unreasonable, the operation efficiency in the warehouse is not high, and the efficiency of forklift picking and inbound and outbound operations is not high. From the perspective of improving the operating efficiency of forklifts, the research is carried out through the historical data of the warehouse of L liquor finished products, and the relationship between the demand correlation between the regulations of liquor and the amount of liquor out of the warehouse is studied. Based on the demand correlation between the outgoing volume and the specifications of liquor products, with the shortest distance between the forklifts picking liquor products as the goal, a mathematical model for the optimization of liquor storage location allocation is established, and the model is solved by genetic algorithm. Twenty sales orders were extracted from the historical outbound data for verification. After the storage location optimization, the distance for the forklift to pick the finished liquor products is reduced by 56.08% on average, which proves the optimization effect of the storage location allocation optimization model of the liquor storehouse, and improves the efficiency of the liquor storehouse in and out of the warehouse, thereby improving the turnover efficiency and operation efficiency of the finished product storehouse.
